Who we are

Akelix Tech is a software development company registered in Canada. This policy explains what information this website collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, and message you type. We also receive the result of a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and your IP address for that check. If you tick the updates box, we record that you asked for occasional updates.

We do not set cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or personal identifiers.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, and, only if you asked for them, to send occasional updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered as email through Resend and arrive in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Our website runs on Cloudflare. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry lives in our mailbox for as long as we need it to deal with your request, and we delete it on request.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Admin@akelixtech.com.

Bot protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Its use is covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
